Easy ingredient swaps

To make a gluten-free version, you can substitute whole wheat flour with your favorite gluten-free flour blend. Make sure that the blend contains xanthan gum. And make sure that the oat flour is labeled gluten-free to make the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.

As a sweetener we use coconut sugar, which is a healthier alternative to regular white sugar. If you wanna make sugar free version of cookies, feel free to substitute coconut sugar with Swerve sweetener of the same amount. Or add another type of sugar of your choice, in all cases, cookies will turn out great.

Wanna swap chocolate chips? It’s ok too, feel free to substitute them with an equal amount of dried cranberries or raisins, and you will get super delicious healthy cookies with dried fruits! Or use walnuts, hazelnuts, or other nuts to add healthy fats and get healthy nut cookies.
